Grief

I have seen in the eyes of Grief,

the other side of Love.

Deep Love  encased in salty tears that trickle down a once  smiling memory filled face

A tear strewn face subjected to torturous pain and immeasurable loss;

each tear an end and a mourning for the one left behind.

A Face waiting;

a heart hoping for respite

awaiting the hands of time to present a tired triumph their way….”
